User Experience Design
I take a user centric approach working closely with Research and Product leads to meet business requirements and deliver meaningful experiences.
Design Strategy
I lead design sprints with key stakeholders and create user journeys that help create a north star for the team. This is a multidisciplinary effort that makes sure Product, Eng and Design all share the same goals.
Team Management
I’ve built teams from scratch and and provide career coaching and mentoring as well as working side by side on large scale design initiatives.
